Dr. Seong-Hwan, Ju is the General Manager of the Seoul Digital Foundation (SDF) in Seoul, South Korea. SDF is a public organisation under the Seoul Metropolitan Government that researches digital policy, develops services based on digital technologies such as AI and big data, and works to bridge the digital divide. He is in charge of research and business at SDF. He received his PhD in Business Administration from Hanyang University in 2017 and is currently pursuing his PhD in AI Engineering at Seoul National University of Science and Technology(SeoulTech).
