The Fourth Industrial Revolution—often referred to as Industry 4.0—is reshaping the global manufacturing landscape through digital transformation and intelligent automation. At the heart of this transformation lies Artificial Intelligence (AI), a catalyst enabling machines and systems to learn, adapt, and make decisions with minimal human intervention. When AI integrates with advanced manufacturing technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems (CPS), robotics, and big data analytics, the result is a new paradigm: AI-driven smart manufacturing. This paradigm not only enhances productivity and competitiveness but also fosters a sustainable industrial ecosystem aligned with global environmental and social goals.

Artificial intelligence (AI) - and more specifically generative AI - is a major technological breakthrough. Not only does it automate complex tasks, but it is also emerging as an active force for innovation. This article explores the hypothesis that AI may be the last great human invention, capable of generating all subsequent innovations. It traces the evolution of AI from its symbolic origins to today's self-improving recursive systems through advances in deep learning. Concrete examples - such as AlphaFold, AutoML and generative art - illustrate how AI is already transforming scientific research, artistic creation and engineering. This algorithmic capacity for innovation even challenges our definition of human creativity. The article also examines the ethical, legal and societal risks associated with such cognitive delegation, and calls for an inclusive governance model for automated innovation. AI does not spell the end of human ingenuity - it ushers in a new paradigm of co-creation.

As the educational landscape becomes increasingly complex due to rapid technological advancements, shifting demographics, and evolving societal needs, traditional hierarchical leadership models are no longer sufficient. This paper explores the transformative role of teacher leadership in navigating 21st-century educational challenges, emphasizing the importance of empowering teachers as agents of change. Drawing from qualitative research and lived experiences, Drs. Shaw T. Afful and Moses O. Afful Jr. examine the Seven Domains of Teacher Leadership as articulated by the Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium (2011), providing historical context and evidence-based best practices for implementation in school settings.

The work synthesizes key leadership theories—including relational, distributed, and complexity leadership—and underscores the essential 21st-century competencies such as Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration. Veteran teachers, with their extensive classroom experience and institutional knowledge, emerge as vital contributors to instructional Leadership, mentoring, and school-wide improvement efforts. However, the paper also confronts the challenges inherent in implementing teacher leadership, such as technological readiness, institutional barriers, and role ambiguity.

By integrating theory, research, and field-based insights, this study not only contributes to the growing body of scholarship on teacher leadership but also offers practical strategies for fostering leadership capacity among educators. Ultimately, it argues that cultivating strong teacher leaders is imperative to enhancing student achievement and ensuring educational equity in the 21st Century.

Arabic text classification is a critical task in natural language processing, yet it remains challenging due to the language’s morphological complexity and the scarcity of annotated datasets. This study presents a comparative evaluation of three classical machine learning algorithms—k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Naive Bayes—for multi-category Arabic text classification. We employ a curated dataset of 700 articles from Al-Hayat newspaper, evenly distributed across seven categories: Technology, Economy, Sports, General News, Science, Culture, and Politics. The texts, written in Modern Standard Arabic, undergo standard preprocessing including normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, and light stemming., and models are evaluated based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Experimental results show that SVM achieves the highest performance with 89.3% accuracy and 88.8% F1-score, followed by Naive Bayes (86.4% accuracy) and k-NN (79.3% accuracy). The findings confirm SVM as the most effective classical model for this task, while Naive Bayes offers a computationally efficient alternative. k-NN underperforms, particularly in high-dimensional spaces. This work provides a reproducible benchmark for Arabic text classification and highlights the importance of preprocessing and feature representation. The results serve as a foundation for future research, including the integration of deep learning models and expansion to dialectal Arabic content.
